Paramor Acceptable Use Policy
Effective: June 12, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") describes what you may and may not do when you use Paramor. Paramor is operated by Dynamanic LLC ("Paramor," "we," "us," or "our") at https://paramor.ai.
This AUP is part of, and is incorporated by reference into, the Paramor Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms. If there is a conflict between this AUP and the Terms, the Terms control, except that the more protective restriction applies to the conduct described here. This AUP works together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Age Verification & Adult Content Notice, and Biometric Information Privacy Policy.
Read this carefully. Some of the conduct prohibited below is not only against our rules — it is against the law. Where we are required or permitted to do so, we will report violations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or to law enforcement, preserve evidence as required by law, suspend or permanently terminate your account, and delete your content (except material we must retain for legal reporting and preservation).
1. About Paramor (please understand this before you start)
Paramor provides an artificial-intelligence voice and text companion for entertainment and companionship. Your "Companion" can exchange text messages and place and receive automated AI phone calls (delivered through our telephony provider, Twilio). You create and customize your Companion's persona.
A few things are important and non-negotiable:
- Your Companion is artificial intelligence — not a real person. It is a software-generated persona. It has no real-world existence, no genuine feelings or intentions, and no independent agency. All of its text, voice, and images are generated by AI. Voice calls are automated AI calls, not calls from a human.
- Paramor is for adults only (18+). See Section 2.
- The default experience is PG-13. An optional adult ("R") tier exists and is available only to users whose age has been verified through our age-verification provider. The adult tier never unlocks any of the absolutely prohibited content described in this AUP.
- Paramor is for entertainment and companionship. It is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or otherwise) and is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or, in the U.S., call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
2. You must be 18 or older
Paramor is strictly for adults. By using Paramor you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or older, if the age of majority where you live is higher) and that you have the legal capacity to agree to the Terms.
You may not:
- Use Paramor if you are under 18.
- Let anyone under 18 use your account, your device session, or your Companion.
- Provide false information about your age, or help anyone else misrepresent their age.
The optional adult ("R") tier requires age verification through our provider, Yoti Age Checks (facial age estimation, with optional ID-based methods). We verify the outcome of that check only — we record the method used and the timestamp, and we do not retain your ID, selfie, date of birth, or biometric media. Under our no-retention posture, neither Paramor nor Yoti keeps the identifying media after the check is complete (see our Privacy Policy, Age Verification & Adult Content Notice, and Biometric Information Privacy Policy). If we learn or reasonably believe that an account holder is under 18, we will suspend the account and handle any associated data consistent with our child-safety obligations.
3. Zero tolerance: minors and child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
This is the most important rule in this AUP. We have zero tolerance, with no exceptions, for any content or conduct that sexualizes or involves minors.
You must not, and must not attempt to, use Paramor to:
- Create, request, solicit, describe, roleplay, generate, or obtain any sexual or sexualized content involving a minor (anyone under 18), or anyone who appears to be or is presented as a minor.
- Cause your Companion to present, depict, or behave as a minor in any sexual, suggestive, or intimate context.
- Create, request, or obtain any image, audio, or text that depicts, resembles, or could reasonably be interpreted as child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — including wholly AI-generated, "synthetic," "morphed," or cartoon depictions. There is no "it's only AI" exception. AI-generated depictions of apparent minors are treated exactly like CSAM.
This prohibition applies regardless of your stated intent and regardless of any "age" trait you may try to assign to a Companion.
What we do when we detect this. Consistent with our internal CSAM Detection, Escalation & NCMEC Reporting Procedure and applicable law (including 18 U.S.C. §§ 1466A, 2256, and 2258A), apparent CSAM is quarantined, reported to the NCMEC CyberTipline, and preserved as the law requires — we do not silently delete it. The associated account is terminated, related data is preserved under legal hold (overriding ordinary deletion), and we cooperate with law enforcement. We may take these steps without prior notice to you.
4. Prohibited conduct
In addition to the zero-tolerance rules in Section 3, you must not, and must not attempt to, use Paramor to do any of the following.
4.1 Non-consensual intimate content and real-person likeness
- Create, request, or generate non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or sexual "deepfakes" of any identifiable real person. This is prohibited by the TAKE IT DOWN Act (Pub. L. 119-12) and by numerous state laws.
- Introduce, request, or attempt to generate the likeness of any real person other than yourself — including partners, exes, friends, public figures, celebrities, or strangers — or of any real person who has not consented through our verification flow. Where a feature can place a real person's likeness into AI-generated images, the only permitted real person is you, the verified account holder, and the depiction must be PG-13. There is no open photo-upload path for faces.
- Violate any person's right of publicity, digital-replica, privacy, or biometric-privacy rights.
4.2 Harassment, threats, and harm to others
- Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, defame, extort, or intimidate any person.
- Incite or promote violence, self-harm, or harm to others.
- Engage in hate speech or content that demeans or attacks people based on protected characteristics (such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age).
4.3 Illegal activity
- Use Paramor for any unlawful purpose, or to plan, facilitate, promote, or commit a crime.
- Engage in fraud, deceptive schemes, money laundering, or trafficking of any kind.
- Solicit, distribute, or facilitate access to illegal goods or services, or content that violates another's intellectual-property or other legal rights.
4.4 Impersonation and deception
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Falsely present AI-generated content as a genuine photograph, recording, or statement of a real person, or otherwise use Paramor's outputs to deceive or defraud others.
- Create an account using someone else's identity, payment method, or verification.
4.5 Attempts to make the AI produce prohibited content
- Attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject, manipulate, or otherwise coerce any Companion, model, or safety system into producing content that violates this AUP — including content prohibited by Sections 3 and 4.
- Use coded language, roleplay framing, indirection, fictional framing, or technical workarounds to evade our safety filters or moderation. An attempt to produce prohibited content is itself a violation, whether or not it succeeds.
4.6 Circumventing age gates and verification
- Defeat, spoof, bypass, or circumvent age verification, identity verification, liveness, or content moderation — including by presenting someone else's ID or face; using a photo, mask, screen, deepfake, or injection attack; or tampering with verification data.
- Share, sell, rent, or transfer a verified or age-gated account.
- Misrepresent your age or eligibility to access the adult ("R") tier.
4.7 Scraping, abuse, and security violations
- Scrape, crawl, data-mine, or harvest content or data from the Service by automated means.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, or attempt to extract source code, model weights, prompts, or embeddings, except as non-waivable law permits.
- Use Paramor outputs or data to train or develop a competing model or service.
- Probe, scan, attack, overload, disrupt, or test the vulnerability of the Service or its infrastructure (including denial-of-service activity); gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data; or circumvent rate limits, quotas, authentication, or other technical or security controls.
- Introduce malware or any harmful code, or interfere with another user's use of the Service.
4.8 Telephony abuse
- Use the calling features to place unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited calls to any person or number, or to violate telemarketing, robocall, or do-not-call laws.
- Provide a phone number you are not authorized to use, or direct Companion calls to a person who has not consented to receive them.
5. Your responsibility for inputs and conduct
You are solely responsible for what you say to, ask of, and do with your Companion, and for any content you cause to be generated. Our safety systems — including identity and age checks, output moderation, age estimation, CSAM scanning, and human review of escalations — are robust but not perfect. The prohibitions in this AUP apply to your conduct whether or not an automated system catches a given attempt, and the absence of a block does not mean conduct is permitted.
6. Enforcement
Depending on the nature and severity of a violation (or suspected violation), we may take any or all of the following actions, with or without prior notice:
- Block, filter, or refuse to serve content, and remove content that violates this AUP.
- Warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate your account and license.
- Delete your content, and purge related data — except material we are required to preserve for legal reporting, an open investigation, or a litigation/legal hold (which overrides ordinary deletion and your deletion requests).
- Forfeit any prepaid fees, to the extent permitted by law.
- Preserve evidence and report the violation to NCMEC and/or law enforcement where required or appropriate, and cooperate with investigations and lawful process.
We may act immediately and without prior notice where we reasonably believe there is a risk of serious harm, illegal activity, or legal liability — for example, in any matter involving apparent CSAM or non-consensual intimate imagery. Account-action messages may be neutral (for example, "suspended for violating our Terms") and may be limited where notice could interfere with a report or an investigation.
Nothing in this Section limits any other right or remedy available to us under the Terms or applicable law.
7. How to report a violation
If you encounter content or conduct that violates this AUP, or if you believe an intimate or sexual depiction of you (or another real person) exists on the Service without consent, please report it to us right away.
- Email: inquiries@dynamanic.io
TODO (counsel): Provide a dedicated abuse/takedown address (e.g.,
abuse@paramor.ai) and/or an in-app reporting URL, and designate the agent who receives NCII/TAKE IT DOWN Act notices.
For a report of non-consensual intimate imagery, please include enough information for us to locate and assess the content, including: a description of the content and where it appears on the Service; a statement that the depicted person did not consent; and your contact information. Consistent with the TAKE IT DOWN Act and our NCII Notice-and-Takedown Procedure, we will act on valid requests within 48 hours and make reasonable efforts to remove known copies. You do not need to send us a copy of any image depicting a minor — instead, report it directly through the channel above, and we will follow our CSAM procedure.
We do not retaliate against good-faith reports. Knowingly false reports may themselves violate this AUP.
8. Changes to this AUP
We may update this AUP from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above and, for material changes, provide notice consistent with the Terms. The version in effect at the time of your use governs that use. Your continued use of Paramor after an update takes effect means you accept the updated AUP.
