Age Verification & Adult Content Notice

Effective: June 12, 2026

This Notice explains who may use Paramor, how we keep the service age-appropriate, and how we verify age before unlocking our optional adult content tier. It is part of, and should be read together with, the Paramor [Terms of Service], [Privacy Policy], [Acceptable Use Policy], and [Cookie Policy]. Paramor is operated by Dynamanic LLC ("Paramor," "we," "us," or "our") at https://paramor.ai.

Paramor is for adults only — 18 and over

Paramor is an adults-only (18+) service. You must be at least 18 years old (or older, if the age of majority where you live is higher) to create an account or use any part of the service. There is no version of Paramor for minors, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to access it.

By using Paramor, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into our Terms of Service.

Your companions are AI — not real people

Paramor is an AI voice and text companion service for entertainment and companionship (an "AI girlfriend"-style experience). The companions you talk to and customize are artificial intelligence — they are not real humans. Conversations, calls, and any companion images are generated by AI. We never present an AI companion as a real person, and you should not treat your companion as one.

What you'll experience by default: PG-13

Out of the box, Paramor's experience is PG-13. The default companion behavior, conversation, and any companion imagery are kept wholesome, clothed, non-explicit, and non-suggestive. Most users never need to do anything beyond confirming they are an adult at sign-up.

We intentionally keep the default, public experience below the legal "harmful to minors" threshold so that the core service stays appropriately gated and broadly available.

The optional adult ("R") tier

Paramor offers an optional adult content tier (the "R" tier) with more permissive, mature themes. This tier is:

• Off by default. You will never encounter adult content unless you deliberately and verifiably unlock it.
• Age-gated. You can only access it after completing age verification (described below). Confirming "I am 18+" at sign-up is not enough to unlock the R tier.
• Text and voice only — at this time. The adult tier is limited to text and voice interactions. Paramor does not currently produce adult imagery of any kind. There is no nude, sexually explicit, or otherwise "R-rated" image generation in the product today. Any companion images anywhere in the product remain AI-generated and PG-13.

Note on availability. The adult tier is currently enabled on an operator-controlled basis while we finalize per-user verification and rollout. A self-serve, per-user adult tier — unlocked by your own successful age verification — is planned. This Notice describes how that verification works and how your data is handled when it does.

How we verify your age

When age verification is required to unlock the adult tier, we use Yoti Age Checks, a specialist age-assurance provider. Yoti offers two kinds of checks, and the available method may depend on your situation and jurisdiction:

• Facial age estimation. You take a quick live selfie. Yoti's technology analyzes the image to estimate your age from your facial features. Yoti does not need to know your name or identity to do this — it estimates how old you appear.
• ID-document verification (where offered or required). You present a government-issued ID, which Yoti checks to confirm you are an adult.

In both cases, Yoti — not Paramor — performs the check and processes the underlying image, selfie, or document.

What we store, and what we deliberately do NOT store

We practice strict data minimization for age verification. After a check completes:

• Paramor stores only the outcome: whether the check passed or failed, the method used (e.g., facial age estimation or ID), the date/timestamp of the check, and an opaque vendor reference.
• Paramor does NOT store your selfie, your face scan/biometric template, your ID document, your date of birth, or any other identifying media from the check.

In short, we keep an answer ("verified adult: yes/no, by this method, on this date"), not the materials used to reach it.

No-retention posture for the verification media

Age verification can involve processing a biometric identifier (a scan of your facial geometry derived from your selfie) for facial age estimation. We have adopted a no-retention posture for that media:

• Yoti processes your selfie/face data to perform the age check and, consistent with that posture, does not retain the identifying media after the check is complete.
• Paramor never receives or stores the selfie, the biometric template, or the ID image in the first place. We only receive the pass/fail outcome, method, date, and an opaque reference.

This approach is designed to meet biometric-privacy laws such as the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA, 740 ILCS 14), the Texas Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act (CUBI, Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 503.001), the Washington biometric privacy law (RCW 19.375), and the "sensitive personal information" rules of comprehensive US state privacy laws (e.g., California's CCPA/CPRA). For EU/UK users, facial data is special-category data under the GDPR/UK GDPR and is processed on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)).

Because Paramor does not collect, derive, or store any face template under this age-estimation model, there is no stored biometric on our side and no biometric retention period to disclose — the only record we keep is the pass/fail verification outcome. TODO [counsel]: confirm the internal Biometric Information Privacy Policy and in-flow biometric-consent screen are reconciled to this no-retention, outcome-only model (the prior internal drafts describe a stored "face token / embedding," which does not apply to the live product) before any of those documents are linked from user-facing pages.

Your consent before any face scan

Because facial age estimation involves your biometric data, we ask for your clear, affirmative consent before any selfie is captured or any face scan is performed. Before the check begins, we tell you, in plain language:

• that a scan of your facial geometry (a biometric identifier) will be created by Yoti to estimate your age;
• the specific purpose (confirming you are a legal adult so you can access the adult tier);
• who processes it (Yoti) and that the media is not retained by Yoti or by Paramor after the check; and
• that the check is optional and you can decline.

We record that you consented, when, and which version of the consent language you saw. We do not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from biometric data, ever, and we do not use it to identify you anywhere else or to train AI models. If you decline consent, no selfie is captured and no biometric data is processed — you simply remain on the PG-13 experience.

Minors are strictly prohibited

We design Paramor to the strictest applicable child-safety standard and fail closed wherever age is uncertain.

• No minors, ever. Anyone under 18 is prohibited from using Paramor. If we learn that an account holder is a minor, we will suspend the account, remove their access, and delete their data (except anything we are legally required to preserve).
• Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). It is strictly prohibited to use Paramor to create, request, share, or attempt to generate any sexual or exploitative content involving a minor, including AI-generated or "synthetic" depictions of apparent minors. We treat synthetic minor content exactly like real CSAM (18 U.S.C. §§ 2256(8), 1466A).
• Mandatory reporting and preservation. If we become aware of apparent CSAM, we will report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline as soon as reasonably possible and preserve the material and related data for at least one year, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and cooperate with law enforcement. Flagged material is quarantined under legal hold and never silently deleted. (See our internal CSAM Detection, Escalation & NCMEC Reporting Procedure.)
• No non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII). We prohibit non-consensual intimate imagery of real, identifiable people and maintain a notice-and-removal process consistent with the TAKE IT DOWN Act. Valid reports are actioned promptly (within 48 hours), with reasonable-efforts deduplication of known copies. See our NCII Notice-and-Takedown Procedure or contact inquiries@dynamanic.io to report.

Adult content is text and voice only — no adult imagery

To be explicit: even within the adult ("R") tier, adult content on Paramor is limited to text and voice. We do not generate nude or sexually explicit images, and we do not deliver adult or suggestive images over SMS/MMS. Any imagery anywhere in the product is AI-generated and PG-13. If this ever changes, we will update this Notice and apply any additional verification and safeguards the law requires before doing so.

Revoking your verification or adult access

You remain in control of your adult-tier access at all times:

• Turn off the adult tier. You can return to the default PG-13 experience at any time from your account settings.
• Withdraw your consent / remove your verification record. You can withdraw your biometric-verification consent and ask us to delete your stored verification outcome record (the pass/fail, method, date, and reference) at any time, in your account settings or by emailing inquiries@dynamanic.io. Because we never stored your selfie, face scan, or ID, there is no biometric media on our side to delete — only the outcome record. If you later want adult-tier access again, you may need to complete a new age check.
• Effect of revocation. Withdrawing verification disables your access to the adult tier going forward. We may retain a minimal record that a verification was revoked where needed for security, abuse-prevention, or legal compliance.

We may also require re-verification (for example, if a check expires, if we have a reasonable concern about an account, or if the law changes), and we may suspend adult-tier access until re-verification is completed.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information, including biometric and verification-related data, under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA (California) and other US state privacy laws, and the GDPR/UK GDPR (EU/UK). Third parties involved in verification and the service

To provide age verification and the broader service, we work with a limited set of vetted vendors under contracts that restrict how they use your data. These include:

• Yoti — age verification (facial age estimation and/or ID checks);
• Twilio — telephony and phone-number verification;
• Stripe — payments (Paramor never stores your card number); and
• our AI and infrastructure providers, including OpenAI / OpenRouter (large language models), Deepgram (speech-to-text), ElevenLabs (text-to-speech), Black Forest Labs / FLUX (image generation, where enabled), and Amazon Web Services (hosting and Rekognition image moderation).

Changes to this Notice

We may update this Notice as the product, our verification methods, or the law evolve. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Where a change materially affects how we handle your biometric or verification data, we will seek fresh consent where the law requires.
